During a ceremonial gala of the Provincial Labour Office in Kraków, the Małopolska Labour Market Awards were presented. In the category of Małopolska Employer Supporting Employee Development, the main award was granted to the company NEW TECH LAB.

The award was received by Silvio Bucci, board member of NEW TECH LAB, and Iana Stepnevska, the company’s management representative for the quality management system. Congratulations were extended by Wojciech Piech, the Plenipotentiary of the Małopolska Voivodeship Marshal for Entrepreneurship and Labour Market Development, Arkadiusz Psica, Director of the Provincial Labour Office in Kraków, and Dorota Niemiec, Director of the Labour Office of Kraków County.

In total, 11 companies from across the province were nominated for the Małopolska Labour Market Award in three categories, with four companies nominated in the Małopolska Employer Supporting Employee Development category, including NEW TECH LAB.

For NEW TECH LAB, operating in the town and municipality of Skawina, the award is a significant distinction and confirmation of their strong commitment to supporting employee development, including organizing numerous training programs that allow staff to acquire new skills. The company’s team, consisting of around a dozen people, plays an invaluable role in the ongoing development of modern and environmentally friendly technologies, enabling the recycling of fire extinguisher waste and the production of regenerated fire extinguisher powder called NTL GREEN.

It is worth recalling that in September, the company was also among the three nominated small enterprises for the Małopolska Regional Economic Award, recognizing entities distinguished by innovative and modern operations. This current award is thus another notable recognition for NEW TECH LAB in the Małopolska labour market.
